Can I purchase items online?

Unfortunately, no.  Because many of the items at the Village Crafters is handmade by our talented artisans, no two products are exactly alike - thus making it nearly impossible for us to have an online shop.  We invite you to stop by the Village Crafters in person to see all the wonderful products we have to offer you...and remember, our inventory is constantly changing - what you see today may not be the same things you see next week (so stop by often!)

Can I contact the artisans personally?

Well of course!  We are all here to help provide you with the quality items you've come to expect from Village Crafters!  Check the listings to see if the individual artisan lists their email/phone number/website here...if not, then you're more than welcomed to stop by or call the Village Crafters to leave a message for the specific person you are looking for!

Can I special order items?

Many of our artisans accept special orders!  We'll be glad to help put you in contact with the right person...just let us know what you're looking for!

I purchased something from a crafter's website, can I return it to the store?

Unfortunately, no.  We cannot be responsible for any transactions that occur outside of the Village Crafters.  Please contact the crafter in question for any concerns regarding your purchase.

I'm a crafter and I'd like to be a vendor...what do I need to do?

There's so much to choose from, I just can't decide! Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely!  Village Crafters gift certificates are valid for all items in the shop!  Just ask one of our georgous ladies at the counter how to get one and they'll hook you up!

How can I participate in your monthly prize drawings?

It's as easy as pie!  All you need to do is sign up for our newsletter!  Then, every month, we'll send you a newsletter via email with all the information about the store's specials, events, and surprises!  In that newsletter, we'll also showcase what prizes are available for that month!  If you'd like to participate, all you need to do is print out that newsletter, write your name and email on the back, and bring it into the store!  It's that easy!  Winners will be drawn at random from all of the entries received, and you'll be notified via email if you've won!
